3. Credit pulled & Loan Structure
A credit pull is required. It allows me to see all Debts, Judgements and Liens agaisnt you. The Credit pull allows me to run your file by AUS, "Automated Underwriting System," for approval.
4. A Decision is Made
After I review your file, I can circle back with within the same day or 24 hours if you provide me everything that I need. I only work with what I have.
